GOLFERS LE VAN LAN & BAN THI XUAN THU POWER TO CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS 2023

On the stunning morning of August 27, 2023, the Club Championships 2023 at Montgomerie Links Golf Club took place extremely great, closing a successful tournament and fading into history with a breakthrough in organizational scale, media explosion, and meaningful messages through the outstanding event Golf Fair 2023. Once again, the golf tournament reflects the spirit and human meaning of the goal of the Club - CSR project named Green Hope 2023 with the total amount of donations, auctions, and profit sharing from booths up to 200 million VND.
I. GOLFERS LE VAN LAN & BAN THI XUAN THU WON CLUB CHAMPIONSHIPS 2023 AT MONTGOMERIE LINKS
Before the opening of the tournament, all attendees witnessed an emotional bicycle donation by Mr. Tran Ngoc Phuong and the Westside organization. Before the new school year, 10 children who were confirmed by local authorities to have disadvantaged circumstances and did not have bicycles to go to school had a sense of excitement when receiving these valuable gifts.
At the Club Championships 2023, 144 golfers were divided into 6 groups in individual stroke play based on the official Handicap to find the winners of 25 prizes, including novelty prizes. With his precise shots and inherent composure, Golfer Le Van Lan excellently finished 18 holes with 77 named himself in the Championship trophy with the title of Best Gross exclusively for Members of Montgomerie Links. Ms. Ban Thi Xuan Thu also had a sublime day of competition, full of confidence with powerful swings, officially becoming the owner of the Best Net award (74-8-66).
Montgomerie Links members have shined with an impressive performance, becoming the champions of grades A, B, and C respectively Mr. Đang Van Nhat, Nguyen Tien Sy và Đao The Nhut. Whereas, winners of grades A, B, and Ladies belong to Nguyen Nam Son, Luong Chi Hieu và Sin Tuyet Mai.
Novelty prizes including Nearest to the Pin were awarded to golfers Ho Khue, Le Trong Thanh, Pham Thanh Đo và Park Eun Hyang, while two Longest Drive prizes went to Le Thi Lan Phuong và Tran Thai Hung.
II. 72 HOURS OF EXPERIENCE WITH HUNDREDS OF GUESTS TO JOIN AND EXPERIENCE AT GOLF FAIR 2023
In the framework of the 13th Club Championships, Golf Fair 2023 is considered one of the greatest triumphs of Montgomerie Links Golf Club when creating the biggest Demo Day ever in the Central region up to 2 hectares with the gathering of 10 top-notch golf brands and manufacturers in the world. The event was organized with the aim of introducing first-hand the latest golf products and technologies to customers including Titleist, Footjoy, Puma, Cobra, Taylormade, Mizuno, Aristino, Handee, Noressy, and Srixon. Especially, the Demo area Demo area attracts golfers from professionals to amateurs to experience a variety of clubs, analyze shots, receive direct advice with PGA Pham Minh Duc from Titleist, and experts representing Puma, Cobra, Mizuno, TaylorMade, and Srixon and direct club fitting. Moreover, it is the perfect destination for those who attended Club Championships 2023 to prepare well before the golf tournament.
In addition, minigames are arranged at putting, and chipping greens with many wonderful gifts for participants. The excitement also comes from the booths with eye-catching decorations and a variety of items with discounts of up to 70%. It made hundreds of visitors thrilled when they came to the Golf Fair in just 3 days, from August 25-27, 2023.
III. 200 MILLION VND HAS BEEN DONATED TO DISADVANTAGED CIRCUMSTANCES IN QUANG NAM PROVINCE IN THE CSR PROJECT - GREEN HOPE 2023
One of the highlights of the Gala Dinner of Club Championships 2023 was the auction activity for the community project called Green Hope 2023. 8 valuable items sponsored by ECCO Vietnam, Titleist Vietnam, Norressy, TaylorMade, Aristino, Handee, Cobra Puma Golf Vietnam, and especially the shirt that brought the gold medal at SEA Games 32 by Golfer Le Khanh Hung with the signature on the chest was brought to the project 171 million VND. Combined with activities such as the call for donations at the donation box, mini game On Green at hole 5, and a commitment to share profits from 10 brands at Golf Fair, the total amount donated to the Green Hope 2023 community project within the framework of the 13th Montgomerie Links Golf Club Club Championship up to 200 million VND.
All will be immediately given to 20 disadvantaged circumstances who are fighting the disease, living in old houses that have been rotten in Dien Ban commune, Quang Nam province, fighting diseases every day, but all of them make great efforts. However, they effort to go to school with the aim of getting the word to escape from poverty. Tomorrow morning, August 28, 2023, all the amount of donations will be given immediately to cases with the participation and witness of the club's representative, Quang Nam province's representative, Mr. Le Van Lan who is Golfer Le Khanh Hung's father and also champion of Best Gross; and Ms. Xuan Thu.

It has been 12 years since the first edition of the Club Championships was held at Montgomerie Links Golf Club. Since then, the event has become one of the indispensable annual tournament highlights and is associated with valuable and meaningful community connection messages. The Club is immensely proud to announce the return of the 13th Club Championships this year which officially kick off on August 27, 2023.
