With floor to ceiling windows and a patio stretched around the restaurant guests are free to relax and enjoy the remarkable landscape of The Montgomerie Links and spectacular surrounding highlands of Vietnams Central Coast. Birdies Restaurant Features a custom built bar with specialized backlit stone and marble. Bar seating is available that allows guests to catch up on world sports and news with the big screen TV. Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Sunday 6:00am – 7:00pm Wednesday - Saturday 6:00am – 9:00pm
